When you book your first class, you will be asked to create an account through MindBody. If you have been here before, don’t create a new account--search for your name and create a login and password.
Any promo codes can be entered at checkout on our online store.
Pre-registration for any workshops or special events is also required, as our studio space is intimate and we sell out quickly.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class time if possible. Late arrival to class is allowed up to 5 minutes after the start of class time. Email Kirsten directly if you have any questions.
What to Bring/Wear
There is a changing room located within the studio, and a restroom down the hallway. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Our studio does not have access to a shower. Our lunch hour and morning classes are designed for people going back to work--so these classes, especially, do not require a shower afterwards . For some classes, such as the 30 minute meditation class or Yoga Nidra, you may even come in your work attire.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you own one, but we have mats that you can use free of charge. We are also fully stocked with other yoga props (straps, blocks, blankets, bolsters).
Public transit is easiest if this is an option for you, as we are extremely accessible by all “L” trains. However, if you must drive, the area has many options for parking.
We have found these lots (below) to have reasonable rates, especially for entrance in the afternoon and evening Monday-Friday and on the weekends. Rates may vary, so it is recommended to go to their website or call for current information.

For any regular weekly scheduled class, you may cancel your registration ON YOUR MINDBODY ACCOUNT ONLINE up to 12 hours prior to class time without being charged for the class.
For any workshop or special event, you can transfer your registration credit to another studio event by contacting the studio owner via email BEFORE the event. Credit cannot be transferred if you contact us during or after the event.
