The group of talented and experienced instructors on the Infinity team represent a range of specialties, personalities & passion. Each instructor brings their own personal touch to their teaching; however, the common threads that tie them together are their skills all lay on the spectrum of yoga therapeutics, & that they have an ability to make yoga accessible to all beings


Kirsten founded Infinity Therapeutic Yoga to be an oasis for practicing yoga, meditation & other healing modalities in the Chicago Loop.

Kirsten has been teaching yoga since 2006. She completed her advanced training to become a C-IAYT (Certified Yoga Therapist) through Integrative Yoga Therapy. She holds a bachelor's degree in physical education, a master’s degree in special education, and has a background in personal training. [READ MORE]

Molly, Founder of Wellness With Molly, aims to help you breathe easy and live mindfully. As a yoga and meditation teacher, Reiki practitioner, and mindfulness coach, she loves working with people one-on-one and in groups to help them deepen their mindfulness practice.[READ MORE]



A dedicated practitioner since 1999, Erica is a yoga and meditation teacher dedicated to helping people lead healthier lives. She is a graduate of Northwestern University (B.S., M.S.) and Moksha Yoga Center (CYT) with over 1,000 hours of specialized training. She is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) meditation teacher through UMass Medical School and wellness coach through The Mayo Clinic. [READ MORE]



Jenna is a 500hr Yoga Instructor and studies with Inner Peace Yoga Therapy. Her classes are all inclusive and trauma informed, creating a safe space where all are welcome to explore and grow. She uses modifications and props in order to make yoga accessible to everyone while still honoring the unique needs of each individual. [READ MORE]



Catherine has both a 200 hr and an advanced 500 hr yoga teaching certification through Moksha Yoga Center. She has studied therapeutics with Gabriel Halpern and adjustments with Rich Logan. [READ MORE]



Liz is a lifelong musician, a graduate of Columbia College, with over 30 years of experience in creating healing ambiance, weaving rhythm and melody to create emotional catharsis. [READ MORE]



Whitney Pasch (RYT 500) studies the International Association of Yoga Therapy and has over 800 hours of specialized training in postural alignment, injury rehabilitation and persistent pain. She is passionate about sharing these healing practices with others. [READ MORE]



Tonna studied Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology at UIC. She has worked with rehab specialists and taught medical professionals at conferences and at Northwestern.  She holds her 500+ hour CYT from Moksha Yoga Center. [READ MORE]


Valeria Spina
